Christmas 2010

Happy Holidays, everyone! I hope that you all had a lovely Christmas. ^__^ I spent mine with my boyfriend and family. It was so nice and relaxing that I forgot to take photos! U.U I don't really have many gifts to show anyways. Since my family knows that Take-chan and I will be leaving for Japan soon, most of it was money! xD

A couple of days before Christmas, my co-workers and I had a small get-together. It was nice to spend time with each other outside of work. (´▽`) This was my outfit for the night:

Wearing the new boots that my aunt and uncle got me for my birthday! I absolutely love them. ^__^ ♥
Hat: Maison Gilfy
Button-up: Liz Lisa
Shirt: Forever 21
Belt: Love Culture
Shorts: Abercrombie & Fitch
Tights: Target
Boots: Steve Madden

I decided to do light make-up with my new Dolly Wink #5 bottom lashes for the first time! I like them way better than #8 because they're all on one long strip. I'm not really one for accent lashes, unless I put them on top of ones I'm already wearing. xD

Taken at my co-worker's house! Their tree was so beautiful. ♥

So in case you haven't heard, Diamond Gal Circle got interviewed at Holiday Hot Mess by LA Weekly! (´▽`) You can view the article here. Just to warn you though, they chose a terrible solo shot of me for the second page... They caught me making ugly duck lips! (*´д`*) Everyone else looks great, though!

Also, if you're going to be in Japan on January 8, please consider going to Big Gyaru Me2!!! Tons of lovely gals are going to be there, and I want to meet (and take photos with xD) as many gals as I can! It's going to be tons of fun! ♥

Holiday Hot Mess

I just got back from Holiday Hot Mess, presented by Tune in Tokyo and my lovely Diamond Gyaru Sa! ♥ Despite the misfortune that fell upon me earlier (my car wouldn't start and I still don't know what's wrong with it T__T), I had tons of fun! The only crappy part was having to leave early because my parents came to pick me up. ~__~

I finally got to meet my Diamond sister Bambi!!! She flew in from Japan, and she's so pretty in person! Just like in her photos. ^__^ She's a total sweetheart, too! ♥

Me and my Diamond sisters! This was taken after our interview with UTB (United Television Broadcasting Systems). Val did a great job handling the interview on the spot!

Before I knew it, it was time for everyone to change into their clothes for the Star Couture fashion show! I got to wear this really cute nordic print sweater with fur boots from Venti Anni!

Me waiting backstage with the gorgeous Dolly! I loved the way she did her hair. ^__^

Me and Grace!

Hiromi getting ready. She's always so bubbly! :3

With Mandie, a really sweet and pretty girl that I got to meet! She really worked it on the runway. ♥

Kiki! Such a sweet girl. ^__^

Cici always looks amazing no matter what she's wearing. ♥

This is Jenny, one of the managers of Star Couture! She was very pleased with the fashion show. Videos soon!

Awww... The two boys that always support me no matter what. My younger brother and Take-chan! ^__^ ♥

He's so dreamy! :3

So I bet that by now, you're totally diggin' the huge bows on all the models. They were all made by Mie! I told her that she should start selling them. I would totally buy one! ♥

Julie was looking good as usual. *__* ♥

Snagged a photo of Marissa and her sister before they left! They're both so cute!

Hana and Hiromi.

And Maiko!

I wanted to take more photos (especially of the venue), but we were extremely busy with the fashion show and interviews! I'm also hoping that someone will upload a better video of the fashion show, because the one on my camera is pretty dark. It's too bad because it was taken at such a good angle, too. U.U

Lastly, I wanted to say a big thank you to my Diamond sisters for all their hard work and for understanding my car situation, Tune in Tokyo for being the DJs of the night, Royal/T for the awesome possum venue, Ejen Chuang for taking photos all night, and to everyone else that made this event yet another success! ^__^

I also got a Lovely Blog Award from Chinsa! I'm so honored. *__* Thank you very much! ♥

Celebrating My Birthday at the Happiest Place on Earth

Take-chan kept saying that he had a big surprise for me on my birthday, and the only hint he would give me was to dress warm. As soon as it hit midnight, he told me that he bought two park hopper tickets for us to go to California Adventure and Disneyland! I was ecstatic! (´▽`) Here's my outfit rundown:

Minnie ears: Disneyland
Leather jacket: Express
Sweater: Abercrombie & Fitch
Dress: Forever 21
Tights: Target
Shoes: Converse

First we went to California Adventure!

... To see Duffy! :3 This huge one is so cute! ♥ It's too bad you can't dress him up. U.U

Duffy arrived! Since it was early and there weren't too many people yet, Take-chan and I had an entire photoshoot with him. xD

Awww, so cute! He was really friendly. ^__^

As you can see, I have a Duffy of my own now! Take-chan bought him for me. ♥

After seeing Duffy and riding a few rides, we went over to Disneyland. All of the Christmas decorations were so pretty! *__* ♥

The employee that took this photo was like, "It's my birthday too!" I felt bad that she had to work, but she looked happy anyways.

Camwhore... U.U

Take-chan being silly. xD

This Santa Jack was so cute!

And this fluffy snowman too... Why is everything so cute?! *__* ♥

Taking more photos while waiting to be seated for lunch. ^__^ Have you noticed our new Mickey and Minnie Santa hats? ♥

Freakin' gorgeous decorations!!! It makes all these photos frame-worthy.

Finally... Chicken and rib buffet! *__* This pretty much kept us full for the rest of the day.

They had live entertainment at the place we ate. There's the stage (also beautifully decorated)! ♥

Pluto! :3

Sorry to all the Jessie fans out there, but I find her to be extremely annoying! So I couldn't help but crack up when Take-chan and I saw this as we were crossing the bridge to the castle:

LOL! Someone obviously doesn't like her either. U.U

So cute! It's amazing how Disney can make a skeleton so lovable.

And Zero, of course! ♥

We got tired pretty early (probably because of our food comas)... There were so many people too, and we were starting to feel a little claustrophobic. We ended up leaving the park for a few hours to watched Tangled... Best princess movie ever! *__* ♥ And then we went back to California Adventure to watch World of Color for the first time. It was nice, but we had to sneak past the employees to get into the good viewing area because we didn't know that we needed fast passes for it! ~__~

All in all, I had tons of fun! I also got many birthday wishes from my family and friends! Thank you all so much for making me feel special on my birthday! T__T ♥

Japan Trip Set

I can't believe it's actually happening. My lifelong dream to visit Japan is going to come true very soon, and I'm so lucky to be able to share it with the person I love most! ♥ Take-chan and I are booked to leave in early January, and we'll be staying there for a little over a week. I'm so excited! :3 I'm also really hoping to meet Charlotte and Sara Mari while we're there. ♥

Take-chan and I had a date yesterday! We can only see each other one or two times a week, so we usually just go out to eat and do fun things like play video games and watch movies. Here is what I wore:

I wish I had a fake fox tail to add to this coordinate! U.U
Hat: Maison Gilfy
Top: Forever 21
Shorts: Puffy
Boots: Charlotte Russe

I love this Gilfy hat that Take-chan bought for me! ♥ But lately my younger brother has been asking to borrow it, and he stretched it out! (*´д`*) Hehe... It's okay, though. xD

Tonight, my family is having an early Christmas party with our relatives and family friends. I can't wait to eat tons of good food! ^__^

Honor Flow Productions at the Roxy

Last Sunday, I performed with Honor Flow Productions at the Roxy in Hollywood! ♥ Honor Flow Productions is a group of extremely talented individuals that produce real hip hop music. It was such an honor to perform with them! You can learn more about them on their blog, and you can also show support by downloading their music.

My outfit for the night! I wanted to look extra glamorous on stage. ^__^
Hat: Love Culture
Top: Express
Shorts: H&M
Tights: Target
Boots: Chinese Laundry

I tried to go for a more dramatic look.

Take-chan came to support me! He even requested the day off from work. ♥

If you're interested in listening to the song I was featured in, you can find it here! The lyrics were written by DJ Chuck. All I did was sing it! :3 If you like the song, be sure to support Honor Flow Productions by checking out their other great songs. ♥

Tired of the Sweet Style Yet?

LIZ LISA's popularity boomed this past spring and summer, and by now I'm sure that most gals are tired of seeing the same flowery coordinates. However, I can't seem to get enough of it! And it's been getting pretty hot again lately, so I figured I could get away with it. xD

My dad told me that we were going out as a family this past Monday, so I dressed up! The only problem is that we ended up not going... So I pretty much wore this outfit just to play video games all afternoon. xD I'm definitely going to use it again sometime! I'll probably wait until next year, though.

Hat: Off brand
Top: Liz Lisa
Dress: Liz Lisa
Boots: Charlotte Russe

Daytime lighting is the best. ♥

I also received my package from YesStyle on Monday! It was my first time ordering from them. It was really easy! Although shipping was a bit expensive, my package arrived in less than a week. (´▽`)

This is the only thing I bought. They're actually shorts! xD

Gotta go back to studying now... ~__~

Family Outing

On Saturday, my family and I went to Orange County for a party. The traffic sucked so bad! It took us over two hours to get there, and we even got lost for a bit. ~__~ At least I got to eat good food after we arrived! And of course, the main event was watching the Pacquiao vs. Margarito fight. Congrats to Manny Pacquiao for a perfect victory! ^__^

I really wanted to try my new Ravijour bow, so I wore my hair in a bun. ♥ Here's my outfit for the night:

Hair bow: Ravijour
Jacket: Love Culture
Top: H&M
Necklace: Charlotte Russe
Shorts: Abercrombie & Fitch
Tights: Target
Boots: Chinese Laundry

Close-up! It was my second time using Dolly Wink #8 bottom lashes. My application still needs work. They look super lopsided! D:

A Special Date With Take-chan

As of yesterday, Take-chan and I have been together for four and a half years! (´▽`) Since we both had the day off, we spent it together. ♥ I wore my newest LIZ LISA dress for the special occasion.

Hippie band: Claire's
Onepiece: Liz Lisa
Boots: Zara

This dress is so comfy! And the detailing is just lovely. ♥

Our day was very relaxing. After eating the usual ramen at Santouka, we splitscreened on Black Ops for a while. xD It's so different playing it on the PS3 since the controllers are so much lighter than the ones for Xbox. What a stressful game... Unless you're playing on Nuketown, people tend to hide somewhere and "camp" for kills, which really doesn't require much skill at all. ~__~

Anywho, for dinner we had shabu shabu at Shin-Sen-Gumi! :D It was so amazing! The food is delicious and all of the workers are ikemen! xD It's a bit pricey, though, but Take-chan said it's cheap compared to Japan.

This was towards the end of the night, so my hair was losing its curls. I was trying really hard to look awake for this photo! I was in a mad food coma...

Sometime last week, Take-chan noticed some SCawaii magazines that were on sale, so he got them for me! One of them came with a really cute Ravijour hair bow. ♥

And for our four and half years, he got me this adorable Rilakkuma 2011 schedule book!

I'm so happy I got to sleep in today! I really need to start studying for my upcoming Biology exam... It's next week already! (゚д゚)
